Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Some items such as personal care products (like serums) may not be eligible for return once opened due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at info@smartshoppoint.com.
